Love Birds

Celebrate love, nature, and the simple joy of building with the LEGO® Ideas Love Birds (21365) set — a heartwarming display piece designed for adult builders who find beauty in the small, quiet moments. Perched together on a flowering branch, this charming pair of bluebirds captures a tender slice of the natural world, brought to life through 505 artfully arranged LEGO pieces. Whether you're a seasoned fan of the LEGO Ideas series or searching for a mindful, screen-free way to unwind, this build invites you to slow down and connect with the craft.

The build itself is a meditative experience. Fans of LEGO Botanicals and Ideas sets will recognize the thoughtful parts usage — delicate petal elements layered to create the illusion of blossoms in bloom, carefully angled plates forming the sweeping curve of a branch, and clever construction techniques that give each bird its own distinct character and posture. The two birds, inspired by eastern bluebirds, feature soft gradients of blue, white, and warm reddish-orange breasts, perched close together as if sharing a quiet moment. The surrounding branch bursts with pink and white blossoms and fresh green leaves, grounded by a sturdy baseplate that keeps the whole scene stable and display-ready.

More than a model, this is a conversation piece and a gift that speaks volumes. It makes a thoughtful anniversary present, a wedding gift, a Valentine's Day surprise, or a treat for yourself — anyone who loves birdwatching, gardening, or symbolic décor will find something to adore. Place it on a bookshelf, bedside table, home office desk, or mantelpiece, and watch it bring warmth to any room. As part of the LEGO Ideas collection — the line born from fan-submitted designs — this set carries that extra layer of community spirit, honoring the original creator whose vision made it possible.

Pair it with other nature-inspired sets like the LEGO Icons Bird of Paradise or the LEGO Botanical Collection to build a serene, flora-and-fauna-themed display at home. Suitable for builders aged 18 and up, Love Birds offers a rewarding few hours of creative focus and a lasting piece of brick-built art you'll return to again and again.
